(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) An application seeking to set aside ex parte order, which has led to final hearing, is under challenge.

2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that though Debts Recovery Tribunal has proceeded ex parte and reserved the case for orders, petitioners, thereafter, have moved an application for setting aside ex parte order.

3. As the case is reserved for orders, we would not comment upon the same. However, it will be open for the Debts Recovery Tribunal to consider application, even if case is reserved for orders.

4. Petition is disposed. Consequently, the interim application is closed.
