2. In the first paragraph of the order dated 14.11.2024, it is mentioned as ''cheque amount'' and the same shall be re-placed with the words ''compensation amount'' wherever it occurs in the first paragraph.

3. In other respects, the earlier order dated 14.11.2024 shall stand unaltered.

4. The time to deposit 20% of the cheque amount shall stand extended up to 28.11.2024. 21.11.2024 ms Note : Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy forthwith.
