This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall stay at Chennai and report before the North Beach Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.28042 & 28070 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
