This application has been filed to condone the delay of 3055 days in filing the Claim Petition in C.P.No.130 of 1999 before the respondent Official Liquidator.

2. Having considered the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the fact that the applicant appears to have invested in the Company under liquidation, Court is inclined to condone the delay in submitting the claim, although there is an erroneous delay on the part of the applicant in filing the Claim Petition before the learned Official Liquidator.
