ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioner as proposed respondent/defacto complainant in the above Crl.R.C.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the petitioner appeared in person and since she being a victim, she wanted to implead herself as party to the proceedings in the above Crl.R.C.
3. Admittedly, the 1 st respondent is her husband and she is aged about 38 years and she wanted to participate in the proceedings. Therefore, the victim is a necessary party to the proceedings.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, the above petition is allowed. The petitioner is impleaded as 2 nd respondent in the above Crl.R.C.
