Crl.M.P.No.15552 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23073 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J ., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23073 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report has been filed and the case is taken up in Crime No.181 of 2024 on the file of respondent police.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23073 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee on all working days at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
