ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent circulated the order dated 13.03.2024 passed by the respondent-District Collector, Ariyalur District, dropping the 1/3

proceedings initiated against the Panchayat President of Chinthamani Panchayat under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994.

2. This Court by order dated 28.07.2023 directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2023 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law. In view of the order passed by the respondent on 13.03.2024 on the representation of the petitioner, the direction issued by this Court in the writ petition stands complied. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is for him to challenge the order passed by the respondent dated 13.03.2024 in the manner known to law.
