After some arguments, Mr.S.Rajasekar, learned counsel on record for sole writ petitioner submitted that post filing of captioned writ petition, the writ petitioner has received a summons dated 16.12.2022 (received on 19.12.2022) from the respondent. Saying so, learned counsel sought liberty to withdraw the captioned writ petition and pursue the matter before respondent. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: 2/4

2. Learned counsel on record for the writ petitioner reiterates the aforementioned endorsement in the hearing.

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed /withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the petitioner to pursue the matter before respondent inter alia by responding to the summons dated 16.12.2022 (served on 19.12.2022). Consequently, captioned WMP is also disposed of as closed.
