ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in the First Information Report registered in Crime No.4 of 2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.4 of 2025 has been registered for the offences under Sections 351(4) of BNS and 67-A of Information Technology (Amendment) Act .

3. He further submitted that the investigation is almost over and the respondent will be filing the final report within a period of two months. 2/4

4. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
