ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.484 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent filed for the alleged offences under Sections 294(a), 323, 506(i) IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2.The points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are factual in nature and it has to be investigated by the respondent police and therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 3.Since the case is of the year 2019, the 1st respondent may conduct the investigation as expeditiously as possible and preferably complete it within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
