ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Revision petition against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2309 of 2020, dated 18.11.2020 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed by the trial Court is onerous, and therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents.

3. Accordingly, the condition imposed by the trial Court is modified. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as a non-refundable amount to the credit of the Advocate Clerks' Association, Ranipet, instead of deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the concerned Magistrate. In all other respects, the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2309 of 2020, dated 18.11.2020 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, shall remain unaltered.
