This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner in the name of investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, Odiansalai Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the second respondent has not received any complaint against the petitioner. Hence, he was not called for any enquiry and therefore the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.
