Prayer in W.P.No.3126 of 2023: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records from Collector of Chennai District, the second respondent herein in pursuance of the impugned order dated 12.08.2022 in Appeal J5/23654/2022 and quash the same and consequently restore the possession of the land to an extent of 682.2 sq.ft comprised in T.S.No.103, Block No.8, Puliyur Village, Kodambakkam, Egmore Taluk, Chennai District to the petitioner.
Prayer in W.P.No.662 of 2023: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records from Collector of Chennai District, the second respondent herein in pursuance of the impugned order dated 12.08.2022 in Appeal J5/23654/2022 and quash the same and consequently restore the possession of the land to an extent of 573 sq.ft comprised in T.S.No.103, Block No.8, Puliyur Village, Kodambakkam, Egmore Taluk, Chennai District to the petitioner and also award damages towards the cost of the super structure which has been demolished on 23.08.2022.
