The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to I Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the petition for dissolution of marriage filed by the petitioner in O.P.No.4376 of 2023, within time stipulated by this Court.

It is seen from the typed-set of papers, main Original Petition 1/3

was filed by the petitioner/wife in the year 2023 and the respondent/husband has not filed counter and hence he has been set ex-parte. Considering the fact that the Original Petition is of the year 2023, this Court is inclined to direct the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the petition in O.P.No.4376 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
