The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent-2 to measure the property and to transfer patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties detailed in the registered sale deed dated 30.03.2022 vide Doc. No. 3337 of 2022 on the file of Sub-Registrar Tirupattur considering the petitioners online application receipt No. 16620220921000 dated 21.09.2022 to the respondent 2.
2. Insofar as the landed property situated at A.K.Mottur Village, Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District, the petitioner has submitted an application to the 2nd respondent dated 21.09.2022 to measure the land and to issue patta to the land belongs to the petitioner and she has already paid the necessary fee for the same. Since the said application has not been considered so far, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the application with regard to the plea of the petitioner to measure the land belongs 2 / 4
to the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Having taken note of the said submission, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application dated 21.09.2022 submitted by the petitioner referred to above and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
