Crl.MP.No.17444 of 2019 in Crl.A.SR.No.58653 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed, seeking to condone the delay of 559 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the Judgement, dated 12.03.2018, passed in S.C.No.135/2013, by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 559 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the Judgement, dated 12.03.2018, passed in S.C.No.135/2013, by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision, if the papers or otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
