ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 1 st respondent to rectify the defects made in UDR and issue patta to the petitioners in respect of the subject land by cancelling the UDR patta No. 760 granted to the 6 th respondent based on the recommendation of the 2nd respondent in proceeding in Na.Ka.No. 2057/ 2011/ AA1 dated 13.02.2013. 2.Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

4.The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that the representation of the petitioners dated 28.06.2025 made before the respondents 1, 4 & 5 has not been considered by them, so far. 5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the st respondent to consider the claim made by the petitioners, as it is for the 1 petitioners representation dated 28.06.2025 and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners directing the 1 dated 28.06.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with st respondent within a period of six law.
