Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5, to remove the encroachment by the sixth respondent from the land situated in Survey No.193 Part of Valasaravakkam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District belonging to the 3rd respondent to an extent of 1200 Sq.ft which is situated in front of my property in Door No.84, (Plot Nos.1, 2, 10, 11 & 12).
