The Revision Petitioner herein is the wife and she preferred this Civil Revision Petition seeking for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1810 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Sub Court, Alanthur. 1/3

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the H.M.O.P.No.1810 of 2021 is pending from the year 2021 without any progress due to the non-cooperation of the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Sub Court, Alandur to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.1810 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
