2. It is seen that notice has already been served on the respondents and the names of the respondents are also printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation for the respondents.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
