2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, however, with liberty to take such remedy as may be available under the law against the measures taken by the respondent bank.

3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
