Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, who submitted that the petitioners herein are the legal heirs of the deceased S.N.Vellingiri, who is the writ petitioner. Stating so, the learned counsel prayed this court to accept the cause title in the present writ appeal. 3.
