ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to consider the Bail application of the petitioners herein, who apprehends arrest for the offence under SC/ST Act.
2. The prayer sought in this petition cannot be entertained in view of Section 15A of the SC/ST Act, which mandates notice to the defacto complainant. It is open to the petitioner to file an application before the Court below and seek appropriate remedy.
