(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) The petitioner, father of the detenue namely Pradeepa, aged about 19 years, has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd respondent to produce the detenue, who is missing from 03.11.2023, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.When the matter was listed earlier on 20.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. The matter was therefore, adjourned for getting instructions.

3.Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent Police, on

instructions, submits that the detenue has now returned to the petitioner/father.
