O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, made a submission that all other benefits are granted to the petitioner, except the incentive increment and the competent authorities have already submitted a proposal for the grant of incentive increment as per the Government guidelines.

2. The said proposal is to be considered and accordingly, a decision is to be taken as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner is at liberty to submit all the relevant documents for the purpose of 2/5

considering the case of the petitioner for the grant of incentive increment.

3. With these directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
