Crl.M.P.No.18309 of 2023 Crl.RC.SR.No.57063 of 2023 The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 527 days in preferring the above criminal revision petition as against the order dated 27.07.2021 made in Crl.A.No.21 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirupur.

2. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and considering the inordinate delay, this Court considers it appropriate to allow this petition on payment of costs. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 527 days in preferring the above Revision, is condoned subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the State Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. 2/4

3. Upon production of necessary proof with regard to payment of cost as ordered by this Court by the petitioners, Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
