This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members based on the false complaints of the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 3rd respondent married the petitioner. Due to domestic violence, the petitioner had given a complaint against the 3rd respondent. In this regard, CSR is pending in CSR.No.711 of 2022. Meanwhile, the 3rd respondent had given a complaint alleging that his wife/petitioner is missing. Only for that purpose, the respondent police conducted an enquiry. Now, the petitioner is no more required for enquiry.
3. In the light of the above submission, this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass any orders in this case.
