This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to initiate appropriate action on the complaint dated 15.06.2018 lodged by the petitioner, enquire the case in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
