This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1788 days in representing the above Second Appeal in SA.SR.No.3123 of 2018.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
