ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 3 rd respondent to consider petitioner's online Application in 2025/0123/10/006047 dated 19.8.2025 to survey and demarcate the schedule mentioned property within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the documents available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the lands comprised in survey nos. 109, 110,111/1, 111/2 and 111/4, bearing patta no. 376, measuring about 1 Acre in Seenapuram Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District. The said land was obtained by the petitioner through registered sale deed dated 04.03.2019 executed by his father, and the petitioner has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the said lands. The petitioner had applied for survey of his lands through online on 19.08.2025 and the same was acknowledged by assigning Ref No. 2025/0123/10/006047 and the same is

pending on the file of the 2 nd respondent without any action.

In view of the above, the 2 nd respondent is directed to engage a surveyor to conduct survey of the subject property in survey nos. 109, 110,111/1, 111/2 and 111/4, bearing patta no. 376, measuring about 1 Acre in Seenapuram Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District,after issuing notice to the petitioner and other counter parties, and serve a copy of the survey report to the petitioners within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,

It is made clear that if the surveyor faces any obstruction from the counter-parties or any third parties while conducting the survey, the surveyor may approach the jurisdictional police seeking protection. Upon such a request, the jurisdictional police shall provide adequate protection to enable completion of the survey.
