A.No.9788 of 2019 has been filed by the applicants seeking to condone the delay of 90 days in setting aside the abatement caused in view of the death of the first respondent in O.P.No.1015 of 2017. 2.
A.No.9789 of 2019 has been filed seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent in O.P.No.1015 of 2017.

A.No.9790 of 2019 has been filed seeking to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in O.P.No.1015 of 2017. 4.
In the aforementioned applications, all the respondents have been duly served and their names have also been printed in the cause list. The proposed respondents to be impleaded have also been duly served. Page 1/3

The learned counsel for the third respondent in O.P.No.1015 of 2017 has submitted 'no objection' for allowing these applications. 6.
This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of the aforementioned applications. 7.
