COMMON PRAYER: The Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose of the Industrial Disputes Petition, I.D.No.295, 296 and 297 of 2010, respectively, on the file of the second respondent on merits within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
