O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to release the registered Sale Agreement Deed bearing Document No.11200/2016 dated 16.12.2016 presented by the petitioner in respect of the agricultural land in S.F.No.266/1A1 and 268 to an extent of Acre 2.13 cents, in Vellalore Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore in accordance with law.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent had already released the document as early as on 12.07.2017 to the petitioner and that he has also received written instruction from the 3rd respondent to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
