3.C.M.P.No.27862 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the petitioner as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant A.Marimuthu as party appellant in the above C.M.A.No.1020 of 2023. 4.Mr.S.Dhakshanamoorthy, learned counsel entered appearance for the second respondent.
