This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the trial court to expedite the trial of the case in C.C.No.183 of 2019 on the file of the learned DMC-cum-JM Court at Veppanthattai, Perambalur District and complete the same within the time frame.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Law graduate. Due to the pendency of this case, enrollment could not be completed.

3. It is seen that this case is of the year 2019 and it is now pending for examination of witnesses No.3 to 7.

4. In the light of the reason stated in the affidavit, this Court directs the concerned Magistrate to dispose the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
