Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to direct the Public Servants to follow the G.O.Ms.No.67, Personal and Administrative Reforms (A) Department, dated 1.6.2019 and if necessary to frame proper guidelines for following the dress codes by the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Ministers, Member of Legislative Assembly and all other representatives of local authorities while discharging their public duties, attending Government organized functions, meetings etc.

2. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Petitioner may apply for leave to intervene in W.P.No.32146 of 2024, which application the court may decide on its merits.
