C.M.P.No.26090 of 2023 in C.R.P.No.764 of 2020 J.SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 30.10.2023 passed in the C.R.P.No.761 of 2020 and consequently restore the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has filed a counter affidavit, objecting the restoration of the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition.

3. Taking into consideration of the counter affidavit as well as the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the C.M.P.No.26090 of 2023, this Court is inclined to restore the Civil Revision Petition No.764 of 2020, on the file of this Court.
