ORDER
This application has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to reflect the order dated 20.12.2004 passed in C.A.No.979 of 2004 in C.P.No.13 of 2000 with respect to cancellation of sale deed dated 28.02.1996 registered as Document No.1024/1996 on the file of the third respondent for Plot No.209, Survey No.162/3, Podavur Village, Sriperumpudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, in the encumbrance certificate.
2. The Official Liquidator has filed a report dated 12.12.2024 before this Court. As seen from the said report, the Official Liquidator has stated no objection for allowing this application.
3. This Court is also satisfied with the contents of the report dated 12.12.2024 filed by the Official Liquidator as sufficient cause has been shown, and accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and a direction is issued to the third respondent to reflect the order dated 20.12.2004 passed in C.A.No.979 of 2004 in C.P.No.13 of 2000 with respect to cancellation of sale deed dated 28.02.1996 registered as 2/4
Document No.1024/1996 on the file of the third respondent for Plot No.209, Survey No.162/3, Podavur Village, Sriperumpudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, in the encumbrance certificate, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 13.12.2024 rkm 3/4
