Writ Petition No.99 of 2020 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to act on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2019, forbear 2nd and 3rd respondents from resorting to an illegal strike on from 6 a.m. on 08.01.2020 to 6 a.m. on 09.01.2020 pursuant to their strike notice dated 23.12.2019.
