CMP No.25799 of 2019 has been filed to implead the petitioner Saantha as proposed 2nd respondent; ii) CMP No.5047 of 2020 has been filed to implead the petitioner Velu as proposed respondent and iii) CMP No.7116 of 2021 has been filed to implead the petitioners herein as proposed respondents and rank them accordingly in the above Second appeal.

2. Heard Mr.A. Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The second respondent as well as the appellant have not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition. 1/3

4. This Court is of the considered view that without prejudice to the rights and contention of the appellant in the main appeal viz., S.A. No.414 of 2004, these CMPS can be allowed. Accordingly, these CMPS are allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Second Appeal for hearing on 14.07.2021. 29.06.2021 vsi2 2/3
