It is reported that in the Second Appeal there are two respondents; R1 died on 16.01.2011 and also R2 died on 21.02.2011.

2. C.M.P.Nos.10174, 10167 and 10165 of 2021 are filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 7 as legal representative of R1; to set aside the abatement of R1 and to condone the delay of 3193 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of R1.

3 C.M.P.Nos.10179, 10178 and 10175 of 2021 have been filed to bring on record the respondents 8 to 11 as legal representative of R2; to set aside the abatement of R2 and to condone the delay of 3157 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of R2.

4.In all the above CMPs, notice was ordered to the proposed respondents. As far as C.M.P.Nos.10174, 10167 and 10165 of 2021 are concerned, counsel entered appearance and has no objection to allow this petition.

5. As far as C.M.P.Nos.10179, 10178 and 10175 of 2021 are concerned, the proposed respondents 8 to 11 has been served and their names are printed in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis the cause list.

5. Perused the affidavit in support of the condone delay petitions and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, all the CMPs are ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned.

6.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment. 7.Issue notice to the impleaded respondents 8 to 11 in the second appeal returnable by 31.01.2024.
