This application is filed by the 3rd defendant to frame additional issues.

2. After hearing the learned counsels and perusing the written statement filed by the 3rd defendant, the following additional issue is framed:- "Whether the third defendant can claim immunity under Section 79 of Information Technology Act, 2000 under the guise of claiming as an inter mediator and not the creator or publisher of the alleged defamatory content.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. The parties are directed to file list of documents and witnesses within a period of four weeks.
