This application is filed to extend the time for completion of arbitration between the applicant and respondents in proceeding CIFCL/ARB/L-XXI//2018 by six months.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Despite the notice service served on the respondents, none appeared.

3. Since substantial portion of the proceedings have already been completed before the arbitral Tribunal, this Court is inclined to extend the time for six months.
