3. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

4. No representation on the side of the 1st respondent though her name is printed in the cause list after issuing due notice. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, notice to the respondents 2 to 4 is dispensed with for the present petitions alone.

5. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are ordered.
