This Petition has been filed to bring on record Mrs.Kala - Wife, Srithaladevi, Manjula Devi and Sharmila Devi - Daughters, as the legal heirs of the deceased Mr.Kumaravel and add them as 4th to 7th Respondents in the above Appeal.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in affidavit filed in support of this Petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Petition is ordered.
