Crl.M.P.No.15523 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22578 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22578 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the learned II Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report has been filed and the case is taken up in C.C.No.461 of 2024 on the file of the II Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act, Chennai and the case shall stands be posted during the first working day of December 2024 for the appearance of the petitioner before the II Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22578 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the II Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act, Chennai during the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the date shall be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
