ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer made in the petition to rectify the present Field Measurement Book (FMB) sketch of New Survey No.1291 situated in Maruthadu JJ Nagar, Kadaisikulam Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District to reclassify S.Nos.1291/32 to 38, 1291/57 to
63 as government lands and make it intact with the original Maruthadu JJ Nagar layout sketch, cannot be granted by way of a public interest litigation.
2. The petition is misconceived and the same is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.37807 of 2025 is closed.
3. The petitioner, if so advised, may approach the concerned revenue authorities.
