The civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the writ appeal.

Mr.V. Ajoy Khose, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has no objection for condoning the delay.

In view of "No Objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the civil miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
