The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the bail condition imposed in para No.7 (a) that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District Judge/Preceding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on all working days at 10:30 a.m.

until further orders without fail" in the order of this court dated 22.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25567 of 2024.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He further submitted that final report has been filed.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner/s shall report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on the second working day of January 2025 at 10:30 a.m and thereafter shall report on the dates as fixed by the trial Court.

4. With above direction, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
