ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of investigation in Crime Number no Known on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and on such enquiry, the respondent has to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the petition without harassing the petitioner.

4.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
